So how is the old happy meter looking these days? Is your level of bliss up to expectation? Don't you laugh; these are all legitate question. One must admit it's a tad difficult to fathom why some one with their entire life ahead of them, and hardly any work to do would be down. Good thing is that there are ways to deal with anxiety and depression. One of the more popular routes is counseling. So if you know someone who suffer from anxiety disorder, you need to lend them a helping hand. Many of them will not go and find help if left on their own.
